Our new Portfolio Manager will play a key role in managing our IFSL Equilibrium portfolios while helping to shape the future of our investment proposition as we grow. We're looking for someone with strong investment management experience, excellent analytical skills and the confidence to contribute ideas that will influence both our portfolios and our long-term strategy.

To achieve this, our new Portfolio Manager will:

  • Keep up to date with political and economic developments that may affect the financial markets

  • Help to manage discretionary client portfolios
  • Support our marketing activity by helping to communicate our investment insights to clients
What we're looking for:

  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent attention to detail
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma (Level 4) qualified via CISI, CII or CFA (including IMC or equivalent)
  • Ideally Chartered via CISI or CFA

So why join us?

At Equilibrium, we have a hard-working, energetic team who are committed to adapting and evolving as we grow. We are a friendly and supportive bunch, and our culture is rooted in fun, collaboration, and teamwork. We strive for excellence, setting high standards while investing in your professional development. We expect your best, and we'll give you ours in return.

Helping people live the lives they want to live, look after those they love, and leave powerful legacies is part of the day job. We genuinely want to create more choices and more freedom for our clients, ultimately making their lives, and the lives of those around them, better.

To support your professional development, we cover the costs of study materials and exam fees for relevant qualifications. Additionally, we offer paid study and exam leave.

To help you maintain a healthy work-life balance, we offer a generous annual leave package, alongside a flexible working framework that allows team members to work from home where appropriate and flex their working hours in line with business requirements.
