Serco is looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the EMS portfolio of internal and external changes, projects, driving continuous improvement, service excellence, and technology‑enabled transformation. Working closely with the Ministry of Justice and a range of internal and external partners, you will deliver practical, sustainable solutions that improve performance, reduce manual effort, and realise measurable benefits.
