Portfolio Manager, Prudhoe, North East, £25,000+ Full-Time

About the Role

As a Portfolio Manager you will join a growing, supportive estate agency and manage a lettings portfolio, drive new business, and support a high-performing team at a leading branch in Prudhoe.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of your lettings portfolio, managing existing clients and building new relationships.
  • Drive new business initiatives, actively prospecting for clients and properties.
  • Negotiate and close rental agreements while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed KPIs and support branch growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and maintenance issues.

This role requires a proactive, target-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in lettings or estate agency.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
  • Proven track record in new business development and achieving targets.
  • Full UK driving license (required).
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
