A recruitment agency in the UK seeks a highly organised individual to support project governance within a busy Business Planning team. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, and coordinating resources across various projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is essential, with a PRINCE2 qualification being beneficial. As part of a busy Business Planning team, you'll help ensure that projects run smoothly by supporting communication, reporting and cross-department coordination. This position would suit someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys maintaining the processes, documentation and reporting that underpin effective project and portfolio governance.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities within a structured project environment. They will have strong communication skills, good attention to detail and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels. Solid Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel and Word - are essential, with experience using MS Project or similar tools considered an advantage. An understanding of project lifecycles and governance frameworks is desirable, and a PRINCE2 qualification (or willingness to study) would be beneficial.
