A leading change management company in the UK is seeking an experienced change manager to oversee large scale initiatives within their Pensions and Savings Hub. The role requires proven experience in leading projects with substantial budgets and delivering strategic outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to foster team collaboration in a dynamic environment, alongside excellent stakeholder communication skills. Location and flexible working: Edinburgh, Telford, Birmingham or London. All our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. The Pensions and Savings Change Hub consists of 200 change professionals and plays a key role in achieving the business outcomes across six core delivery centres aligning to the business strategy and supports the delivery of market leading ambitions in an exciting and dynamic environment.
You will manage and lead large scale, cross entity change initiatives within our Pensions and Savings Hub. Being responsible for driving strategic change, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of key projects within a dynamic environment.
You will oversee a delivery centre of high priority projects and programmes, guiding teams through complex change processes, whilst ensuring alignment with business outcomes and goals, working closely with senior leadership, key stakeholders and operational teams to ensure successful outcomes are achieved.
