Qualifications

• Around 2 years' experience in commercial property finance or a similar environment.

• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary finance contact for a portfolio, handling client queries and month-end reporting.
• Review and reconcile service charge year ends.
• Prepare weekly payment runs.

Strong IT skills (Word, Excel)
