A leading beverage company seeks a Portfolio Brands Manager in Hemel Hempstead. This hybrid role involves developing brand activation strategies and supporting growth in international markets. Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depots servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.
About the Role: This is a unique brand and activation manager role in a fun, collaborative and supportive team. In our quest to deliver more impactful and meaningful consumer experiences we are seeking a brand manager who is highly creative, entrepreneurial and has strong activation understanding. There are 2 key aspects to this role; the first is Brand Manager on Britvic Mixers and Juices to support delivery and expansion in our international business (40%), the second is sole responsibility for identifying and developing key consumer passion points and moments across the year where our brands can play together to deliver incremental impact in outlets and stores (60%).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing & shopper strategy and creative development. This role requires strong influence skills and stakeholder management. The GB Marketing team are responsible for stewarding our amazing portfolio of core brands, improving our brand equity & providing the fuel needed to achieve our commercial growth targets.
