Who We Are:

The Role:
Clinigen's Global Access team provides unlicensed medicines to patients who face unmet clinical needs in their local markets. As a key member of the Portfolio team, the Portfolio and Pricing Analyst will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the medicine portfolio and pricing framework across all Clinigen Global Access: Ondemand territories.

This 12-month fixed term contract role is central to ensuring the business remains agile, data-driven, and commercially responsive. You will be responsible for developing formal reporting tools, conducting tactical and strategic analytics, and ensuring data integrity through cleansing and maintenance activities.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Maintain Portfolio & Pricing Framework - Ensure accurate configuration and upkeep of the Global Access portfolio and pricing structure in line with business strategy
  • Conduct Pricing Analysis - Perform competitive pricing research using internal and external data to support new opportunities and portfolio decisions
  • Collaborate on Data Automation - Work with the Business Data & Analytics team to enhance reporting processes and explore AI-driven improvements
  • Manage Portfolio Lifecycle - Oversee product entry/exit through automated reviews, coordinating with master data and customer service teams
  • Monitor Pricing Performance - Maintain trackers and metrics at country and product level, and communicate cost price changes to relevant teams
  • Support Commercial Strategy - Assist in creating market-specific price lists and ensure contract profitability through forecasting and review
  • Ensure Data Accuracy & Compliance - Maintain pricing data integrity in Oracle, resolve discrepancies, and adhere to SOPs and company policies

Role Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of two years direct progressively responsible experience with expert analytics and reporting experience, ideally in a relevant sector
  • Relevant training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer science generally obtained through completion of a three/four-year bachelor's degree program
  • Evidence of strong analytic mind set, and intellectual curiosity is essential
  • Ability to effectively participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams
  • Ability to provide expert steer and knowledge into wider team settings, leading where required
  • Planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and identify and apply appropriate solutions
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong skillset in relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server or Access) and data management essential
  • Experience with cloud-based data warehousing/engineering architecture (e.g., Microsoft Azure) desirable
  • Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g., VBA, Python) desirable
  • Some experience with statistical or math's packages (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS) desirable
  • Experience with Alteryx Designer desirable
  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization software desirable
  • Strong skillset and experience with business intelligence tools, capabilities, and best practices essential
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Excel (expert) required
