A leading global data center firm in Greater London is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to prepare investment cash flow modeling and support quarterly financial performance reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and 3 years of experience in real estate investment. Reporting into the VP Portfolio Management the Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of investment cash flow modelling for the EMEA regions assets as well as supporting the preparation and validation of quarterly market and specific financial performance reports. They will be charged with consolidating information to support the asset management team who oversee a significant portfolio of data centre assets within the region. Between quarters the Portfolio Analyst will spend the majority of their time supporting the asset managers on leasing analysis for new market opportunities developing cash flow analysis tracking construction and development projects spend and maintaining inventory data. At the end of the quarter the Portfolio Analyst will assist with reporting which includes occupancy and performance analysis capital planning and development reporting.
