Overview

We are looking for friendly, efficient and motivated Customer Delivery Porters to help deliver large items to customers across Solihull and the Midlands for a well known retailer. All days available from £12.45 per hour, plus holiday and pension opportunities. Temp to perm for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support the driver to complete the standard installation and assembly services (including disconnection) of free-standing appliances, standard TVs and furniture in customers' homes in a safe, competent manner aligned to the site operating procedures.
• Deliver outstanding service to every customer as a Brand ambassador for our client.
• Demonstrate diligence and care throughout the delivery at all times, providing an outstanding end to end customer experience. Contributing to a safe working environment.

Qualifications / Requirements

• We are looking for someone who is:
• Able to easily adapt according to circumstance and change approach as required.
• Understands the end-to-end customer journey and puts every customer at the heart of everything we do.
• Consistently demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
• Confident when speaking to customers, ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Leading by example.
• Full training will be provided, taking place onsite in Solihull.
• You will also have opportunities to pick up extra work in our Warehouse located in Solihull.
• Solihull has great transport links so getting to and from work won't be a problem.
