Porter / Cleaner

We are currently recruiting a Porter / Cleaner to work within a busy Manufacturing and Production environment based in Stafford (ST18). This Porter / Cleaner role is hands-on and physical, ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and experienced in industrial or commercial cleaning. The Porter / Cleaner position offers stable daytime hours with ongoing work.

Location: Stafford - ST18
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:00
Contract: Ongoing - possible temp to perm

Key Responsibilities

• Working on the manufacturing shop floor

• Removing cardboard and general waste streams and placing them into external waste containers

• Sweeping and mopping floor areas

• Dusting and wiping ledges and surfaces

• Keeping rear yard areas clean and tidy

• Operating a scrubber dryer machine

• Assisting with cardboard baling when required

Role Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred)
