Job description

The Blakeney Hotel is an award winning, four star, 64 bedroom, privately owned and family run hotel located in an unrivalled position on the Quay in Blakeney on the North Norfolk coast.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic candidate to join our team.

Role of the Porter:

• Greeting and serving guests refreshments
• Assisting with luggage
• Dealing with guest queries
• Serving afternoon teas
• Maintaining and keeping front of house areas clean and tidy
• Assisting the Bar and Restaurant if necessary

Role would suit candidate with:

• A polite and courteous attitude and a friendly and helpful nature
• Experience in hospitality
• A high standard of personal presentation
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

Working Hours:

Straight shifts covering early (7am-3.30pm) mid (10am-6.30pm) and late (3.30pm-11pm) including weekends on a rota basis

Permanent or seasonal work (suited to students).
