Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday - various shifts between on rota basis (7am-7pm, 10pm-6am)
Pay: £12.51ph

Job Duties
- Provide a portering and messenger service, including the transfer of patients and visitors between wards and departments including A&E admissions to wards and transfers between A&E, X-ray and wards.
- Collect and deliver a range of goods including drugs, bloods, furniture, feed bottles, case notes, specimens, x-rays and medical gas cylinders.
- Responsible for the regular and sufficient removal of general, recycling and clinical waste.
- Ensure all waste streams are segregated, handled, and disposed of in line with the site requirements.
- Comply with the health and safety procedures when moving waste around the site.
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.

- A good understanding of spoken and written English
- Trained in Manual Handling
