What You’ll Do

• Move equipment, resources, materials, and supplies safely and efficiently
• Support the collection, movement, and delivery of mail across campus
• Assist with deliveries of stock and equipment
• Set up rooms, furniture and equipment for classes, meetings, and events
• Help prepare spaces and resources for University events and activities
• Keep internal and external areas tidy, safe, and welcoming
• Support waste collection and removal
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times
• Take ownership of tasks, understand client needs, and champion Sodexo values
• Work closely with colleagues to create a positive, high‑performing team
• Follow all Health & Safety and COSHH processes
• Complete any reasonable ad hoc duties as required

What You Bring

• Customer‑focused, friendly, and able to build strong working relationships
• A confident communicator who can think on their feet and offer practical solutions
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and proactive when working alone or as part of a team
• Comfortable monitoring performance and using initiative to improve outcomes
• Resilient when handling challenging situations
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to support out‑of‑hours emergencies when needed
• Experienced with commercial vehicles, including Luton vans
• Capable of influencing positive change and contributing to team success
