Sytner Group is excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and a generous commission potential. You will be the key contact for customers through their car-buying journey, delivering first-class service at every visit to a dealership.

Role requires automotive sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Weekend work may be required, and an attractive OTE of £66,500 is on offer along with employee benefits.

About the role

Porsche Centre Leicester have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from an automotive sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £66,500, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence is essential.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role.
