Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking an experienced Mot Tester/Tyre fitter for our Porsche Centre Solihull. The role focuses on conducting MOT inspections to DVSA standards, maintaining safety and quality for premium vehicles in a state-of-the-art workshop.

You will identify defects, report repairs, and work efficiently with Aftersales and Workshop teams while delivering outstanding customer service in a luxury brand environment. Training and progression opportunities are provided by Porsche and Sytner.

Qualifications

• Valid MOT Tester licence.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a dedicated Mot Tester/Tyre fitter you will be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards, ensuring every vehicle meets the highest levels of safety, performance, and quality expected of our brand. Working within a state-of-the-art workshop, you'll be part of a team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction where our objective is to exceed our customers expectations.
