Qualifications

• A friendly, engaging personality with great communication skills.
• Passion for swimming, sport and inspiring young people.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and consistency in every customer visit.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to swim to a reasonable standard and submerge to 2m depth.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer care, welcoming families and ensuring swimmers feel supported.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the site for safety.
• Communicate confidently with customers, delivering solutions to their queries.
• Assist at site with first aid responses when needed.
• Supervise lessons poolside and support team collaboration.
