Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking Merchandisers to cover the Poole area. This role involves 2–4 hours per week with potential to increase during busy periods.

A pay rate of £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay is offered, starting within two weeks after onboarding and training, with ongoing flexible work across Monday to Sunday. Role includes visiting stores, completing merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup, and stocking shelves in health & beauty environments is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising; health & beauty experience is beneficial.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Use of a phone/tablet to report via app and share photos where required.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and POS setup.
• Support new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
• Navigate fixtures and merchandise products in line with planograms.
