DOMVS is inviting motivated estate agents to join its Poole team as part of the DOMVS Associates programme. You’ll operate with up to 90% commission and a protected Poole territory, backed by an established Dorset brand and flexible structure to shape your own business from day one.

Build relationships with clients, win instructions, and grow a premium property network. DOMVS provides infrastructure, marketing tools, referrals, and compliance support to help you succeed and become your own boss.

Qualifications

• Experienced estate agent with ambition to be your own boss.
• Commercially driven, self-motivated and client-focused.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver results under a premium brand.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Poole area and build a personal client base.
• Secure instructions and manage premium property listings.
• Leverage DOMVS support for marketing, referrals and compliance.
