Job summary

Watchfinder is looking for a meticulous polishing technician in the United Kingdom to join our team. You will ensure productivity targets, visually inspect components, operate polishing machinery, and help prepare and re-assemble watches.

You will collaborate with supervisors to meet polishing standards and keep a clean, safe workspace. Experience with watches is helpful but not essential; we value conscientiousness, organisation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You are extremely conscientious and strive for a zero-error rate.
• You have effective communication skills.
• You are highly organised and capable of managing your own workload.
• Experience of working with watches would be beneficial but is not essential.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team.
