Position: Polisher Wet Spraying Section

Location: Bordesley Green, B9

Shift: Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Your Role Will Include

• Polishing and preparing surfaces for wet spraying
• Supporting the wet spray team by ensuring all components meet preparation standards
• Sanding, buffing, and refining metal surfaces prior to coating
• Performing quality checks throughout the polishing process
• Manual handling of metal products and frames
• Keeping work areas clean and organized to support production efficiency
• Working closely with team members to ensure production targets are met
• Identifying and reporting any surface or material defects before spraying

About You

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality finish
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Physically fit and confident with manual handling tasks
• Previous experience in polishing, prepping, or wet spraying is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
• A proactive team player with good timekeeping and reliability
