Job summary

Motability Operations Limited is seeking an experienced Vehicle Polisher for our refurbishment centre in Coalville. The role involves machine polishing, panel blocking, defect removal, and final-stage polishing to handover-ready standard.

You will work on high-volume, modern fleets on-site five days a week, with a 45-hour week and 9-hour shifts. A competitive package includes a base salary up to £35,700, with a 15% bonus and 15% pension.

About The Role

Motability Operations are currently recruiting an experienced Vehicle Polisher to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis.

This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest polishing and paint correction equipment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Machine polishing and finishing vehicle paintwork
• Blocking and polishing panels to a high standard
• Removing defects (de-nibbing) and carrying out paint rectification
• Completing final-stage polish to prepare vehicles for handover
• Delivering right-first-time results to reconditioning standards

Due to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.

Package:

• Up to £35,700 basic salary
• Bonus up to 15%
• 15% pension contribution

Hours:

• 45 hours per week
• 9-hour shifts between 06:30-18:00
• Shift patterns discussed at interview
