Qualifications

• Polish fluency written and spoken at C1+ level.
• Strong phone communication and ability to engage experts.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness and drive.
• Leadership or extracurricular experience and grit shown through internships or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end, understanding client needs and scheduling expert calls.
• Cold call and engage experts across industries, overcoming objections.
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Learn quickly, gaining broad knowledge of markets, business models, and regulations.
• Cross-sell the full range of Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.
