Job summary

Future Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Polish-speaking Automation Engineer in Northampton. The role involves UK travel to customer sites, installation, commissioning and servicing of advanced automation systems, with full OEM training and ongoing support.

You will work hands-on with high-end automation and processing equipment and collaborate with customers to ensure optimal equipment performance, with opportunities for long-term progression within a family-run business.

Qualifications

• Polish speaking is mandatory.
• Solid mechanical knowledge required.
• Good electrical and PLC knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Travelling across the UK to customer sites.
• Installation, commissioning, servicing & IO testing.
• Full OEM training to develop your technical expertise.
• Hands-on engineering work with high-end automation and processing equipment.
• Working closely with customers to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Long-term progression and development within a growing family-run business.
