Job summary

CFC, based in London, is seeking an Assistant Wordings Developer to support drafting and maintenance of policy wordings, endorsements and related documents. You’ll help deliver new insurance products and updates while coordinating with Product Development, Underwriting and Technology teams.

You will gain exposure to the full product lifecycle and have opportunities to advance professionally within a market-leading, innovative insurance business.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.
• Graduate-level education preferred, with degrees such as Law, Philosophy or Languages viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Support the drafting, review and maintenance of policy wordings, endorsements, application forms and related documentation.
• Assist with the delivery of new insurance products, coverage enhancements and wording updates.
• Help manage product configurations within internal systems, ensuring changes are implemented accurately.
• Participate in product testing, validation and implementation activities.
• Maintain product documentation, records and version control to support governance and compliance requirements.
• Respond to product-related queries from stakeholders across the business.
• Conduct research into regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across product development and operational processes.
