Durham Constabulary is seeking a Policy & Risk Compliance Officer to oversee the review and development of internal policies, ensuring alignment with CCDP and statutory policing requirements. The role supports operational policing and public service delivery.
You will monitor legal, regulatory and ethical obligations, maintain risk registers, and prepare reports for senior leadership and HMICFRS; training and guidance on risk and compliance will be provided to officers and staff.
Salary: SO01 - £38,169 - £41,487
Location: Durham Constabulary, Police Headquarters
Hours/Contract: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
