North Cumbria Podiatry team are looking to recruit B5 podiatrist.
The Podiatry Department provides a comprehensive service to patients throughout North Cumbria. As a band 5 podiatrist you will be given the opportunity to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge to improve patient care, through a robust preceptorship/induction programme. You will work alongside a friendly, welcoming and supportive team, dedicated to learning and improving, where everyone's voice counts.
The successful candidate will demonstrate interpersonal and organisational skills, alongside a good sense of humour and team focused.
The Department has a good skill mix including advanced and specialist Podiatrists, Podiatry assistants and administrative staff. Currently we maintain high risk, biomechanics and nail surgery caseloads. As a Podiatrist you treat a variety of podiatric problems and provide foot health education to patients and other stakeholders.
Opportunities to develop skills and knowledge are available by our close links with the multi-disciplinary diabetic foot team and North Cumbria MSK service.
