Job description

A podiatry role where you can build a great career without giving up your life outside work.

Finchley Foot Clinic is a growing, family-run private practice in North London, and we're looking for a full-time Podiatrist who genuinely enjoys routine podiatry to join our team.

You might be newly qualified, moving from the NHS, or already working in private practice. We're open-minded about experience - attitude, reliability and patient care matter most to us.

The Role

North Finchley, London | £41,000 + Commission | OTE £70,000+

Around 90% of your caseload will be routine and general podiatry, including:

  • routine nail and skin care
  • ingrown toenails
  • verrucae
  • diabetic and high-risk foot care
  • general foot conditions

As you develop, there will also be opportunities to provide treatments such as nail surgery, Swift and shockwave.

Training and support can be provided where needed.

Patients From Day One

You won't be expected to build a diary from nothing.

We are an established clinic with 200+ five-star reviews, full-time reception support, modern equipment and a strong existing patient base.

We will provide patients from the beginning and support you in building a busy, successful diary.

Salary & Progression

£41,000 basic salary + performance-based commission

OTE £70,000+ is realistically achievable with a busy diary, good patient retention and higher-value treatments.

We want the person joining us now to grow with the clinic, with a genuine pathway towards Senior Podiatrist, potentially from around 18 months depending on development and performance.

Salary and commission are reviewed annually, with an additional review after successful completion of the six-month probation period.

What We Offer
  • £41,000 basic + commission
  • OTE £70,000+
  • 25 days' holiday + bank holidays
  • £100 monthly wellbeing allowance
  • Monday-Friday working
  • Option to work four longer days
  • CPD support
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Uniform provided
  • Full-time reception support
  • Team socials, events and conferences
  • Modern, recently refurbished clinic
  • Genuine career progression
Who We’re Looking For

Someone who:

  • genuinely enjoys routine podiatry
  • is warm and confident with patients
  • is reliable and organised
  • enjoys being part of a team
  • wants to learn and develop
  • has excellent spoken and written English

You should have a recognised podiatry qualification and ideally current HCPC registration.

Newly qualified podiatrists are very welcome to apply.

We're a small, family-run clinic and want to keep that culture as we grow.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants their next job.

We'd love to find someone who wants to become part of what we're building.
