What you will do
  • Provide professional high-quality podiatric care to patients with specialist care needs.
  • Collaborate with the Podiatry Manager to develop service improvement solutions.
  • Work independently as well as part of the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage an appropriately sized clinical caseload with efficiency and care.
  • Serve as the source of advice, training, and education for other team members.
  • Develop specialist care programmes and personalised care plans.
  • Oversee stock control to ensure adequate supplies for optimal patient care.
  • Coordinate and develop the Podiatry Nail Surgery service, working closely with the Podiatry Manager.
  • Offer assessments and treatments to patients of all ages with various podiatric and medical conditions.
  • Deliver services in diverse settings, including health centres, hospital wards, outpatients, care centres, and domiciliary environments.
Requirements of the Podiatrist
  • Qualified podiatrist with a Degree or equivalent in Podiatry.
  • Recent experience within podiatry, showcasing your skills and knowledge.
  • Registered with the HCPC as a podiatrist eligible to work in the UK.
  • NHS experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
