Role Description This part-time (3-4 days per week) Podiatry role is based in Knutsford. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive podiatric assessments, diagnosing and treating common and complex foot problems, and providing routine treatments such as nail care, callus and corn management, and occasional wound care. The role includes biomechanical evaluations, prescribing and reviewing orthotic devices, nail surgery, verrucae treatment and managing patients with diabetes to prevent and treat foot complications. Some domicilliary treatments will be included in this role. The Podiatrist will be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records, liaising with other healthcare professionals, and educating patients on preventive care and ongoing management. Participation in weekly team clinical professional development and education sessions is included and adherence to regulatory and clinic policies, and contribution to service development are also part of the position.
