Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Manchester seeks compassionate candidates to deliver personalized, high-acuity support for clients with complex medical needs. As part of the team, you will provide clinical and personal care under nurse delegation, monitor vital signs, and administer medications. Candidates must have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and experience in complex care. Strong communication skills and a full UK driving license are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year's complex care / mental health experience.
  • Right to work in the UK (valid documents).
  • Full UK driving license or reliable transport.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and resilience.
  • PMVA certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and personal care under nurse delegation.
  • Monitor observations (vitals, fluid charts) and report changes.
  • Administer medications following strict protocols.
  • Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and pressure-relief techniques.
