Purpose Statement
As our Resourcing Partner, you’ll be the matchmaker of talent and opportunity — making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time to deliver amazing results for our clients. You’ll keep a close eye on both internal and external talent pipelines, pair skills with exciting projects, and play a key role in shaping our future workforce strategy across multiple client engagements.
Position Overview
This position reports directly to the Head of PMO and does not include direct line management responsibilities. This person will be required to be based in the UK. Normal working hours apply to this role (9am-5:30pm UK time) however there may be times where you need to work outside of our usual working hours.

Areas of Responsibility
- Analyse project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, HR, and global sa.global teams to understand upcoming resource needs.
- Maintain and update resource schedules, skills database, and resource bios so everyone’s talents are visible and ready.
- Monitor resource utilisation and capacity, proactively identifying gaps or conflicts and raising any risks.
- Provide clear, actionable reporting on bookings, capacity, and utilisation trends to support strategic workforce planning.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in resource-related matters, including staffing, skill requirements and resource allocation.
- Foster strong relationships across teams to ensure optimal utilisation and smooth project delivery.
- Maintain delivery records to ensure that the necessary Security Clearances are in place for smooth project allocation.
Skills & Experience
- Hands‑on experience in resourcing or workforce planning, ideally within a Tech or Professional Services consultancy.
- Strong understanding of key technology roles – developers, architects, PMs, consultants, and more.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
- Top‑notch communication skills – you can clearly engage with teams, stakeholders, and clients alike.
- Experience using AI tools and data‑driven insights to streamline resourcing processes, improve talent matching accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Comfortable using resourcing tools and platforms, such as Resource Guru and MS Excel.
- Self‑sufficient and proactive, able to manage tasks independently while collaborating across teams.
- A natural curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, with a desire to keep learning and improving your technical knowledge.
