Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Project Manager within the Programme Management Office to support CIP delivery and governance. You will work with teams to develop and deliver schemes, analyse financial data, and present insights clearly to a wide audience.

This role supports the organisation to transform services in a complex healthcare environment. You will need strong PMO experience, NHS finance knowledge, and a track record of leading change within large organisations.

Formación

• educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner level.
• MSP.
• Experience in managing a varied and demanding portfolio of tasks.
• Experience in managing staff.
• Proven successful track record in leading and supporting the delivery of a complex project(s).
• Proven successful track record in applying financial control and achieving financial savings targets.
• Proven successful track record in leading, challenging and performance-managing teams and individuals.
• Experience in leading and sustaining transformational change within a complex organisation.
• Experience of using a variety of improvement methodologies to deliver benefits.
• Understanding of NHS strategy/policy.
• Knowledge of clinical and corporate governance and risk management systems and processes
• Knowledge of emerging national NHS policy.
• Significant experience of the NHS operational environment, patient care and clinical safety and quality domains

Responsabilidades

• Support teams to develop and deliver schemes within the Cost Improvement Programme (CIP) plan.
• Maintain high levels of governance across the CIP schemes and will work with key stakeholders to ensure project documentation is completed to a consistently high standard.
• Possess excellent project management skills and have a good working knowledge of finance within the NHS; analyse and interpret complex financial data and present it clearly to a wide audience.
• Engage with stakeholders to help the organisation meet its strategic objectives and deliver improved services.
