Job description

As a PMO & Portfolio Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:

Responsibilities
  • Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, and control by collecting, validating, and analysing project and portfolio data across all business units.
  • Maintain and manage portfolio data tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint), including user access, data refreshes, and data integrity.
  • Oversee information flow and documentation across portfolio tools and SharePoint sites, ensuring stakeholders have access to current and accurate project information.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of portfolio review meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and action tracking.

Qualifications
  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and simple database queries.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present information clearly.
  • Exposure to project management or PMO processes, ideally within an engineering, construction, or capital projects environment.
