A leading company for older adults is seeking a PMO Manager to support the Programme Management team in a hybrid role based in London. You will manage dependencies and report status while supporting project delivery. Ideal candidates have a strong background in stakeholder management and organizational skills. A comprehensive benefits package including holiday allowance, pension, and performance bonus is offered.
PMO Manager – Salary up to £60,000‑£70,000 per annum depending on experience (FTC).
Application deadline: 31st December 2025. Location: London (Hybrid – minimum two days in office).
Following Saga's announcement to partner with Ageas in early 2026, as PMO Manager you will support the Programme Management team with the execution of all PMO functions in the delivery of the overall Programme throughout 2025. Reporting into the Programme Manager you’ll be responsible for key areas of the programme office including planning and dependency management across a large, multi‑workstream programme team; weekly/monthly production of governance materials to support Steering and Operating committees; execution of existing processes including resource management, interlock with finance and budgeting teams, and RAID management.
Successful PMO managers have experience supporting complex, large programme delivery projects across technology and business teams. Experience in insurance is not essential, but a background in financial services and an understanding of regulation would be advantageous.
