A leading service provider for older adults in the UK is seeking a PMO Manager to support its Programme Management team in executing key programme functions throughout 2025. This role offers a competitive salary up to £70,000 per annum and requires a hybrid working model, with at least two days per week in the London office. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing programme delivery projects and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Following Saga’s recent announcement to partner with Ageas in early 2026, as PMO Manager, you will support the Programme Management team with the execution of all programme management office functions in the delivery of the overall Programme throughout 2025.
Reporting into the overall Programme Manager you’ll be responsible for key areas of the programme office including planning and dependency management across a large, multi-workstream programme team, weekly/monthly production of governance materials to support Steering and Operating committees, execution of existing process including resource manage, interlock with finance and budgeting teams, and RAID management.
We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. This role requires you to be working from our London office a minimum of twice a week, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a business.

As PMO Manager, you will be responsible for the Programme Management Office, supporting the Programme team and the workstream leads in executing their key activities throughout delivery.

The successful PMO manager would have experience supporting complex and large programme delivery projects across technology and business teams.
While experience in the insurance sector isn't essential, a background working within financial services and an understanding of the regulator would be advantageous.
