A UK financial services company is seeking a PMO Manager to support their Programme Management team. The candidate will manage programme office functions, track key dependencies, and prepare governance materials. Required skills include stakeholder management and the ability to handle complex information. This role offers a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 and includes a hybrid working model allowing for both office and home-based work.
Following Saga's recent announcement to partner with Ageas in early 2026, as PMO Manager you will support the Programme Management team with the execution of all programme management office functions in the delivery of the overall Programme throughout 2025. Reporting into the overall Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for key areas of the programme office, including planning and dependency management across a large, multi‑workstream programme team, weekly/monthly production of governance materials to support Steering and Operating committees, execution of existing processes including resource management, interlock with finance and budgeting teams, and RAID management. We work in a hybrid way at Saga, both at home and in the office. This role requires you to work from our London office a minimum of twice a week, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a business.
While experience in the insurance sector isn’t essential, a background working within financial services and an understanding of the regulator would be advantageous. Other skills required would include:
