Qualifications

• Proven experience as PMO Lead or similar role with operations finance focus.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and the O2C process.
• Hands-on experience in project and resourcing governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Business Operations, Resourcing and Project Finance Support.
• Lead coordination of month-end activities across teams.
• Provide strategic insight to support business growth.

Skills

Proven experience in a similar operations or finance role in a professional services organisation

Strong understanding of business systems, Unit4 (ERP / PSA)

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
