A prominent housing organization in the UK is seeking a seasoned PMO Lead to strengthen planning and governance across their change portfolio. You will manage the PMO function, establish a new portfolio management framework, and ensure project oversight. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership experience and a background in portfolio management. The role offers competitive salary and flexible working arrangements.
Location: Ealing (Hybrid working - limited office attendance required)
Salary: £67,232-£71,000
Contract type: 6-month Fixed Term, Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced PMO leader who can bring structure, insight, and consistency to a large and diverse change portfolio? Do you excel at building governance frameworks, driving performance, and enabling successful delivery across complex programmes? If so, this could be the role for you.
As our PMO Lead, you’ll play a central role in strengthening how we plan, govern, and deliver change across A2 Dominion. You’ll lead our PMO function, embed a new portfolio management framework, and ensure robust, transparent oversight of all projects. Your work will be critical in ensuring we deliver the right initiatives, at the right time, in the right way – supporting better outcomes for our residents, colleagues, and communities.
