PMO LEAD

INSIDE IR35 CONTRACT

HYBRID

Lead governance and reporting activities for the Data Strategy Program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and providing executive-level updates to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver board papers and executive briefings for the executive stakeholders.
• Lead governance forums and ensure accurate documentation of minutes and actions.
• Track and report progress against KPIs and OKRs for data strategy initiatives.
• Provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership on program performance and risks.
• Support embedding of UK data strategy across business units.
• Maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance with data risk and control standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in governance and reporting at senior level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to interpret and present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with data concepts (risk, controls, strategy) without being a technical SME.
• Experience in PMO or governance roles within large organizations.
• Comfortable navigating tools like Confluence.

Desirable

• Understanding of financial services or large-scale data programs.
• Experience managing governance in a regulated environment.
