B&H Worldwide is seeking a Head of PMO to establish and lead the Project Management Office, delivering governance, standards, tooling and reporting to ensure the portfolio is on time, on budget, and aligned to value creation. The role combines hands‑on delivery with leadership across global operations and integration activities.

The successful candidate will own the OKR framework, drive technology rollouts, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across Operations, IT, Commercial, Compliance

Qualifications

• Proven experience establishing/running a PMO or leading a project portfolio.
• Strong command of PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, APM or Agile methodologies.
• Track record delivering complex programs on time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated view of the change portfolio with status, milestones and budgets.
• Define and embed project delivery methodology and stage‑gate governance.
• Chair project and portfolio review boards with clear decision paths and accountability.
• Track benefits realisation against approved business cases.
