We have the opportunity for a PMO Coordinator to join our Business Transformation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract at Tokio Marine Kiln.

Reporting into the PMO Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of TMK’s business initiatives through governance, reporting, finance and process optimisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with project teams and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure efficient portfolio management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting PMO governance activities including meetings and project monitoring.
  • Updating and assuming responsibility for project financials and spending.
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating PMO and project documentation.
  • Identifying process optimisation opportunities and supporting training initiatives.
  • Managing project management systems and governance processes.
  • Assisting with PMO reporting for portfolio, programme, project, and financial performance.
  • Managing notes, actions, and follow-ups for team meetings.
  • Working closely with PMO Analysts to standardise processes and tools.
  • Building trusted relationships across the organisation to support delivery.
The successful candidate will have:
  • A basic qualification in finance or accounting.
  • Demonstrable PMO type experience and familiarity with change management and agile concepts.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills and experience with MSP and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented approach with a passion for learning new technology and driving continuous improvement.
