Job summary

A leading project management consultancy is seeking a PMO Analyst to join their portfolio team. This pivotal role is focused on project governance and digital innovation. Responsibilities include supporting governance standards, managing project schedules, and developing dashboards in Tableau. Ideal candidates will have experience in large-scale projects, strong skills in Jira, and advanced Excel proficiency. This is a 12-month contract located in Coventry, with an hourly rate of £27 inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Jira and Tableau, comfortable with coding for reporting.
• Proven PMO, Project Analyst, or Support role experience.
• Advanced Excel skills to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of portfolio-wide standards and assurance processes.
• Maintain project schedules and lead digital tools management.
• Analyze resource needs for effective capacity planning.
• Coordinate 'Lessons Learned' sessions and promote knowledge sharing.

Tableau or similar BI tools
