PMO Analyst – Group Programmes
Location: London – Hybrid (Up to 2-3 days per week in the office)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits
Overview of the role
PMO Analyst sought to support a Group-wide programme. The role requires strong PMO capability, high attention to detail, and confidence operating in a complex, fast-paced portfolio. Responsibilities include programme planning, governance, reporting, and cross-workstream coordination. The position also serves as Asana lead, maintaining data quality, reporting, and tooling. Working with programme managers, workstream leads, and senior stakeholders, the role enables disciplined delivery and sustained momentum across strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support governance and reporting across the group wide programme/PMO
- Maintain and enhance Asana project structures, templates, dashboards, and reporting views.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy across plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions.
- Coordinate weekly PMO check-ins, track progress, and follow up on outstanding items.
- Produce programme dashboards, status reports and insights for senior leadership.
- Maintain PMO standards, documentation, processes, and best-practice guidance.
- Support planning cycles, including resource planning, milestone alignment and dependency mapping.
- Facilitate risk, issue and change control processes.
- Provide high-quality meeting support, including minutes, actions and distribution of materials.
- Identify improvements to ways of working, tooling, and reporting.
Successful candidates will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a PMO or project analyst role supporting complex portfolios.
- Strong experience usingAsana(dashboards, custom fields, templates, reporting, forms, rules).
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Confidence analysing data, producing reports and identifying trends or risks.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams and maintain consistent governance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Competence with MS Office and collaboration tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Confluence, or similar).
- Ability to work proactively, independently and within fast-paced delivery environments.
