Are you a proactive and detail‑oriented PMO Analyst looking to make an impact in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment? AXA Health is seeking a driven professional to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering customer‑centric solutions across numerous workstreams. This role offers a unique opportunity to foster continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the autonomy of our reporting processes and support our strategic goals.

We work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home and will move to three days a week (60%) in the future. Flexible working arrangements are available for discussion with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support project delivery by preparing clear reports, RAID logs, dashboards, and updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure all project governance processes are followed, including approvals and proper documentation.
  • Maintain and manage templates and tooling for artefacts including resource management, benefits tracking and OKRs.
  • Assist project managers in preparing for stage‑gate reviews, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and budgets, ensuring proper escalation and control.
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to provide essential data for decision‑making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of change delivery frameworks and processes.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a project environment, preferably within a PMO team, demonstrating a solid understanding of Traditional and Agile delivery management methodologies.
  • Demonstrable expertise in roles that demand meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce comprehensive reports across various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to articulate and challenge items within a RAID log to ensure risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are properly understood and managed.
  • Demonstrate strong governance implementation and articulation, ensuring compliance and accurate controls.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights.
  • Interpersonal and diplomatic skills to effectively navigate and resolve challenges in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and resolution agreements.
  • You must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
