Job description

We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change & Technology Services team. This role is key to supporting governance and control within the Service Office enabling effective delivery of the Group Change Portfolio. If you’re organised, detail-oriented and passionate about driving successful change we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting delivery of project and portfolio processes to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Maintaining accurate portfolio project and resource data within PPM tools
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Monitoring adherence to lifecycle frameworks, standards and controls
  • Tracking and managing financial processes including cost reporting and accruals
  • Producing meeting packs and capturing actions and decisions accurately
  • Identifying and sharing continuous improvement opportunities across processes
  • Supporting mandate and business case submissions and approvals
Qualifications
  • Experience in PMO or project support roles
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyse data and produce accurate reports
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of financial tracking and resource management
  • Exposure to PPM tools such as KeyedIn or similar
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
