Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing

As a PMO Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Project Management Office within a fast-paced technology and transformation environment. You'll work closely with the Head of Project Management to:

  • Prepare and maintain project and portfolio reports, dashboards, and trackers.

  • Collect and validate project data including timelines, risks, and financials.

  • Maintain a central repository of project documentation, templates, and tools.

  • Coordinate meeting logistics, take minutes, and track actions for governance meetings.

  • Support project managers with administrative tasks related to governance and reporting.

  • Assist in preparing materials for portfolio reviews and steering committees.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.

Your work will ensure leadership has clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, and opportunities across the Technology & Transformation Portfolio (TXP).

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting project delivery. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Experience in a project support or administrative role, preferably in a technology or transformation setting.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • A willingness to learn tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

  • An interest in project management and a desire to grow in this field.

  • Understanding of the pensions industry or financial services (advantageous but not essential).
