Role Overview

This role is to support PMLD pupils by providing personal care and managing challenging behaviour in a nurturing environment.

Requirements

1. Have a strong academic background (degree or similar).
2. Experience working with pupils in support, 1-2-1, or group settings.
3. Previous experience in a school setting is ideal, especially in Primary/SEN education or PMLD.
4. Up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, not essential as training is provided).
5. Having a care background or similar experience is acceptable; school experience is not mandatory.
