Job summary

Usay Compare is expanding its specialist PMI switch capability and seeks experienced advisers to review existing PMI cover, navigate underwriting, and help customers move to better insurer options. You’ll focus on renewals and retention, with inbound opportunities and no cold calling, earning a £35,000 base with uncapped commission and realistic OTE in the £70,000–£100,000+ range.

You will assess current policies, underwriting positions, and claims history to recommend suitable alternatives

Qualifications

• Experience in UK individual PMI sales and policy switching.
• Ability to review claims, exclusions and policy terms before recommendations.
• Strong consultative questioning and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise PMI policyholders considering switching insurers.
• Review current cover, renewal premiums and objectives.
• Complete detailed fact-finds and assess whether switching is appropriate.
• Coordinate with switch underwriting including CPME and moratorium terms.
• Compare insurers and benefits to provide clear recommendations.
• Manage applications from enquiry to policy inception.
• Deliver strong outcomes while meeting quality, compliance and sales targets.
