Job summary

Job&Talent is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative PM shift in Kettering with a leading logistics company. You will pick items with a voice headset, operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP), stack items for efficient transit, and strive to meet targets with high accuracy.

A clean, safe, productive environment is maintained daily. Role requires availability 5 days per week (including weekends) and the ability to lift up to 25 kg on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Must be available 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 25kg daily.

Responsibilities

• Picking items accurately using a voice-activated headset.
• Safely operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP) in a fast-paced environment.
• Stacking items in cages to maximise space and ensure safe transit to stores and hubs.
• Meeting and exceeding site pick targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Performing general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
